ASSOCIATE PASTORS
Pastor Dextar Pennant (Sr.) was born in Jamaica and grew up in a Christian home with Christian teachings. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior from a young age and was filled with the baptism of the Holy Ghost. He has been preaching in Jamaica, Canada, and the USA for many years.
He's a husband, father, and grandfather. He has a passion for souls and is always willing to reach out to others with the word. His vision is to continue ministering the word of God to as many souls as he can.
As Associate Pastor, Pastor Pennant oversees the Men's Ministry, Fasting & Prayer, and Lay Ministries.
Pastor Ann-Marie Stephenson has served in ministry for over 30 years, with experience across a wide range of leadership roles and church administration, including Youth, Sunday School, Women’s Ministry, Education Board, Evangelism, and Finance. She currently serves as the Ministerial Internship Program Administrator for the State of New Jersey.
She has been married for 22 years to her husband, Dwayne Anthony Stephenson. Together they have a charming son, Jessiah Anthony Stephenson.
Professionally, Pastor Ann-Marie has 20+ years of leadership experience in K-12 and higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Assessment, Analytics, and Change Management.
Overall, Pastor Ann-Marie is committed to the ministry and demonstrates dedication in her leadership. She aims to develop an effective ministry through communication, leadership, and discipleship, encouraging others to reach their full potential in the Lord.
As Associate Pastor, Pastor Ann-Marie's portfolio includes Visitation, Finance, Sunday School, and Education.
A native of the United Kingdom, Pastor Jackie, or LadyJac as she is affectionately known, is a lover of music, especially when used to give praise and honor to God. For more than 30 years, Pastor Jackie has taught choirs and led praise teams, and enjoys leading people into the presence of the Lord through a song. She has served Mt. Bethel as Administrator, Assistant Evangelism Director, and served as Mt. Bethel's Minister of Music for 18 years, having responsibility for the musicians, choirs, praise and worship team, as well as the Multimedia Ministry. Pastor Jackie served as State Girls Club Coordinator for the Church of God in the Garden State for six years. She currently serves on the New Jersey Church of God Women’s Board.
Pastor Jackie works full-time for the State of New Jersey. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance, and a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. More than anything, she enjoys spending time with her husband Gary and children Chloe, Ashley, and Sean, who are all active in ministry.
As Associate Pastor, her portfolio includes Evangelism & Outreach, Events & Administration, Singles and Married Ministry, and Music.
